In my role as a Financial Planning Assistant, I work closely with our advisers and associates to support the delivery of exemplary financial advice and service to their clients. 

I consistently focus on being proactive in my role by anticipating client needs before they arise, which allows me to address potential issues early and provide solutions promptly. I prioritise clear and timely communication regarding all client details, ensuring that information is accurate and accessible to all relevant team members. This proactive approach helps to streamline internal processes, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency. By maintaining strong attention to detail and fostering open communication channels, I contribute significantly to creating a seamless and positive client experience, ultimately supporting client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management.
